[INGREDIENTS]
Dried Anchovy 7 (Size of a adult thumb)
Dried Kelp 2 (1½ x 1½ inch , or 3x5 cm)
3 cups water (700 ml)
[Directions]
1. Remove the insides of the Anchovies.
2. Wipe the kelp lightly with a kitchen towel.
3. Add water, anchovies, and kelp in to the pot with 3 cups (700ml) of water.
4. Taking out the kelp, when the water start to boil.
5. Boil the broth with Anchovies for another 5 minutes.
6. Separate the broth and the anchovies with a filter.
