Last Week, we had Samgyeopsal and spicy mixed noodle!
It was the best!
Enjoy the taste of sweet,spicy,sour Spicy mixed noodle!.
You would love it!

 

[INGREDIENTS] Serve for  2 Person

(Sauce making)
Minced Kimch 3.5 Ounce (500g)
Hot pepper paste 1 Tablespoon
Hot pepper powder 2 Tablespoon
Soy Sauce 2 Tablespoon
Sugar  2 Tablespoon
Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Sesame oil  2 Tablespoon
Green Onion (minced) 1 Tablespoon
Garlic(minced)   2 Tablespoon
Vegetable oil  3 Tablespoon

Onion                 1/4
Zucchini             1/4
Cucumber         1/4
Carrot                ¼
Egg(boiled)       ½
Porkbelly          17 Ounce(500g)
Somyeon(Thin Wheat Flour)    10 Ounce(300g)

 

 

 

 

[DIRECTION]
1.Combine Hot pepper paste,Hot pepper powder,Soy Sauce
, Sugar,Vinegar,Green Onion, Garlic,Sesame oil in a bowl,minced and mix them together.
2.Slice Onion,Zucchini,Cucumber,Carrot 
3.Preheat the pan with vegetable oil and Stir-fry  Zucchini,and Carrot about 2 minute.
4.Add 10 oz (300 g) of noodles into the pot and boil it.
5.Because the water boil up very fast,Prepare 1 cup of water, put it next to you, while your cooking
 When the water start to boil, pour 50 ml water.
(repeat this 5 times)
6.Prepare 500 ml cold water(or 2 cup of Ice water),
   and rinse the noodle quickly.
7.Mix the noodle with Sauce.
8.Serve it with stir fry Zucchini,Carrot,Cucumber,Onion
